To enhance Assurant’s social media presence during the Apartmentalize tradeshow, I developed a content campaign strategy focused on generating real-time content during the event. Previously, we only posted pre-show booth awareness and post-show recaps, but a deep dive into our metrics revealed that we were missing peak engagement opportunities during the event, and post-show content had minimal impact.
The strategy I designed centered on two key content pillars: pre-show awareness and live, real-time content from the show floor. This approach maximized visibility of our booth and kept us top-of-mind throughout the event. As a result, we achieved over 84K+ reach and 654+ engagements across our social channels. In addition to developing and leading the strategy, I was deployed on-site to capture content and write the real-time posts.
